SEO · AEO · GEO

Be the answer — in Google, in Maps, and in AI.

Search is three surfaces now. We build all three: classic rankings, the local map pack, and the answer an assistant gives when someone asks for a business like yours.

Free audit first · Six-month programme · 30 tracked keywords · Content, local and links all included

The shift

Your customers stopped scrolling to find you.

They ask a map. They ask an assistant. Most agencies still optimise only the ten blue links — the one surface that shrank.

The map pack eats local intent

For anything with a location, Google answers with three listings and a map before a single classic result. If you are not in those three, what sits below barely matters.

AI answers don't show ten links

An AI Overview or a ChatGPT reply names one or two businesses and moves on. There is no page two to climb from. You are either in the answer or you are not in the room.

Being cited beats being ranked

AI engines quote sources they can parse and trust. That is a different job to chasing keywords — it is structure, entities, evidence and credentials.

The programme

One plan, three engines.

SEO, AEO and GEO are not three things you buy separately. They share the same content, the same schema and the same architecture, which is exactly why we run them as one.

Search Engine Optimisation

Rank in Google's classic results and in the local map pack. Technical health, on-page depth, service and location pages, citations and links.

Answer Engine Optimisation

Win the featured snippet and the AI Overview. Answer-first content, FAQ and HowTo schema, and questions written the way people actually ask them.

Generative Engine Optimisation

Get named by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot. Entity-rich guides, comparison pages, consistent brand mentions across directories, llms.txt.

Keyword strategy

Thirty keywords, chosen to be won.

Not a spreadsheet of five hundred terms you will never rank for. Thirty, mapped to specific pages, tracked and reported every month.

10 Primary keywords

Your category and your city. The highest volume, the hardest competition, and the terms that define what you are — “medical centre Dubai”, “dental clinic Dubai”.

10 Secondary keywords

Service-level and neighbourhood terms, one step down in volume and several steps down in difficulty — “dentist Al Nahda”, “teeth whitening Dubai”.

10 Long-tail keywords

Questions and “near me” searches. Lower volume, far higher intent, and the terms AI assistants answer most often — “emergency dentist near me”, “how much is teeth whitening”.

Every “near me” keyword is paired with its own geo-tagged landing page and a matching Google Business Profile service area. These are the searches people make when they are ready to walk in today, and they are the ones most agencies leave on the table.

What you get

Every number here is a commitment.

Not “content marketing” and “ongoing optimisation”. This is the published schedule, and it is the same schedule your monthly report is written against.

Content architecture

Depth is the thing Google and AI both reward.

One thin page about a service ranks for nothing and gets quoted by nobody. We build silos instead: a parent page per service, treatment pages beneath it, cost guides and FAQs beneath those.

  1. CategoryMedical Centre Dubai
  2. ServiceDental Clinic Dubai
  3. TreatmentTeeth Whitening
  4. Cost guideTeeth Whitening Cost
  5. FAQ / aftercareDoes it hurt? How long?

Every article links up to its parent page and sideways to related topics. That structure is what passes authority efficiently — and it is what gives an AI crawler a clean, complete path through your whole site instead of a handful of orphaned pages.

Local SEO

Own the map before you own the page.

For a business with an address, the local pack is the result. Everything else is what people read once they have already chosen from it.

Google Business Profile, worked weekly

Three posts, three geo-tagged photos, an offer, an answered question and a video — every week, not when someone remembers.

120+ citations, one NAP

Google, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Yelp, Foursquare, industry directories and local listings, every one carrying identical name, address and phone.

Location and proximity pages

A page for each neighbourhood you serve, plus pages for the landmarks people actually search by — near the metro, near the mall, near the hospital.

Reviews, earned and answered

Fifteen new reviews a month and a 100% reply rate. Reviews naming the treatment and the area are the ones that move the pack.

Under the hood

The technical work, itemised.

Sixteen checks and ten link channels. Nothing here is an upsell later.

What happens when

Six months, three phases.

SEO is not slow because agencies are slow. It is slow because authority is earned in public and Google waits to see whether you keep going.

Month 1

Foundation

Audit, competitor analysis, the thirty keywords, the topical map, the page architecture and the Google Business Profile overhaul. You see the audit and the keyword strategy inside week two.

Months 2–3

Execution

Pages built, schema shipped, eight articles a month, the weekly local cadence running, citations and links compounding. First ranking movement usually shows here.

Months 4–6

Compounding

Long-tail terms start converting, map pack positions hold rather than bounce, and AI engines begin naming you. This is where the traffic curve bends.

What a six-month programme aims at

  • 50+ keywords ranking in the top 10
  • Top-3 map pack positions across your core terms
  • Organic becoming your cheapest source of leads
  • AI assistants naming you when asked for your category

Targets, not guarantees. What you actually reach depends on your city, your competition and where you are starting from — which is the first thing the free audit tells you.

Pricing

One fee. Everything above.

per month

  • Six-month minimum term. SEO compounds — anything shorter and you pay for the build without ever collecting the return.
  • Content, images, videos, citations and link building are all included. No per-article fees and no per-citation fees.
  • Paid directory fees, ad spend and any third-party tool licences you want in your own name are separate and billed at cost.

Free audit before you commit · No setup fee · Month-to-month after the first six

Fit

Who this is built for.

  • You serve customers from a physical location or a defined service area
  • People search for what you do by need and by neighbourhood — clinics, salons, real estate, restaurants, professional services
  • You have a website you can add pages to
  • You can commit to six months before judging the result

When to say no

This is the wrong service if you need leads this week. The first meaningful movement lands around month three. If you need volume now, start with paid search and run this alongside it — that is the honest sequence, and we will tell you so on the call.

Questions

The things people ask before they sign.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO gets you ranked in Google's results and its map pack. AEO gets you into the direct answer — the featured snippet and the AI Overview at the top of the page. GEO gets you named inside assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, which do not show a list of links at all. Same content, same site, three different jobs — which is why they belong in one programme rather than three invoices.
Why a six-month minimum term?
Because month one is almost entirely build: the audit, the architecture, the keyword map and the pages. Rankings from that work start moving around month three and compound from there. A three-month engagement means you pay for the construction and leave before the return arrives. Six months is the shortest honest term for this work, and after it you are month-to-month.
Do you write the content, or do I?
We do. Eight articles a month, the Google Business Profile posts, the answers, the location pages and the service pages are all written and published by A37 as part of the fee. You review before anything goes live. If you have in-house subject expertise — a doctor, a lawyer, a specialist — we interview them, because that is exactly the credential signal AI engines look for.
Do I need a new website first?
Usually not. We need a site we can add pages to and edit the head of — most modern platforms qualify. The audit tells you plainly whether your current site can carry the programme or whether something structural has to change first. If it does, we say so before you commit, not in month three.
What is actually in the free audit?
Where you currently rank, where you sit in the map pack, whether AI engines can read and quote your site at all, the technical faults holding you back, and the thirty keywords we would go after. It is the same analysis that opens a paid engagement, and you keep it whether or not you go ahead.
Will you work on my Google Business Profile directly?
Yes. You grant us manager access and we run it: three posts a week, geo-tagged photos, offers, answered questions, weekly video, and a reply to every review. The profile is the single highest-leverage asset a local business owns, and leaving it idle is the most common reason a good business loses the pack to a worse one.
What if my city is very competitive?
Then the primary keywords take longer and the long-tail carries the early months — which is precisely why the strategy is split ten, ten and ten rather than chasing thirty head terms. The audit is where we tell you how hard your specific market is. If we think six months will not move it, we will say that instead of taking the retainer.
Can I see the keyword list before I commit?
Yes. The free audit includes the proposed thirty. If you disagree with a term, we change it — you know your customers' language better than any tool does.

eCommerce SEO services that compound revenue

SEO for stores is not SEO for blogs

Generic SEO agencies chase traffic; eCommerce SEO exists to rank the pages that sell. That means technical foundations a store actually needs — crawlable collections, fast product pages, clean faceted navigation — plus keyword strategy rooted in your catalogue and buying triggers rather than blog-topic volume. A37 builds keyword maps of up to 30 commercial terms per engagement, optimises the product and collection pages behind them, and writes content that captures buyers earlier in the journey.

SEO is deliberately a dedicated service rather than a bullet inside a package: real search growth needs its own strategy, cadence, and specialist. It pairs naturally with A37 Loop, where organic learnings feed paid creative and performance marketing data feeds keyword priorities — the compounding loop described across our acquisition pillar.

What compounding looks like in practice

Paid channels stop the moment budget stops; rankings keep selling. A typical engagement sees technical fixes land in month one, on-page optimisation and the first content wave by month two, and meaningful movement on commercial keywords across months three to six — with each ranked term lowering your blended acquisition cost permanently. Progress is reported monthly in rankings, organic traffic, and, most importantly, organic revenue.

The service covers technical audits and fixes, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, organic-search content, and monthly reporting. Start it standalone, or begin with the 15-day free trial to get your organic opportunity mapped inside the growth plan. Brands that treat search as an asset class — documented on our work page — treat this line item as inventory, not expense.

eCommerce SEO in India and the GCC

Search behaviour differs by market and the strategy respects it: Hinglish and vernacular queries in India, Arabic-English mixed intent in the UAE, and marketplace-dominated SERPs in both — where ranking your own store means winning positions Amazon and Noon do not already occupy. Keyword maps are built per market, and hreflang plus multi-currency handling keeps cross-border stores from competing with themselves.

SEO also multiplies every other channel: ranked pages lower blended CAC for performance marketing, organic articles feed content and email, and the buyer-intent data from Search Console sharpens the whole acquisition strategy. That is why we report organic revenue alongside rankings — traffic that does not sell is a vanity metric with better manners.

What we need to start, and what you keep

Kickoff needs three accesses: Search Console, analytics, and your CMS or storefront admin. Within the first fortnight you get the technical audit, the keyword map, and a prioritised fix list — deliverables that remain useful even if the engagement ends, because everything ships as documentation your team (or any future vendor) can execute. Rankings built on your domain are yours; there is nothing proprietary to hold hostage.

Frequently asked questions

How long does eCommerce SEO take to show results?

Technical wins land in weeks, but meaningful commercial-keyword movement typically builds over 60–90 days and compounds from there. We report rankings, organic traffic, and organic revenue monthly so you can see the slope, not just the destination.

What does the SEO service include?

A technical SEO audit with fixes, an eCommerce keyword strategy covering up to 30 commercial terms, on-page optimisation for product and collection pages, content written for organic search, and a monthly ranking and traffic report.

Is SEO included in an A37 Loop plan?

Every A37 Loop plan includes a basic monthly SEO audit report — an automated crawl summary covering indexing, keyword movements, site-speed flags, and the top 5 issues. Fixing what it finds, and the advanced technical and keyword work behind it, is the separate A37 SEO service, so it gets real strategy and cadence rather than leftover hours. Many brands run it alongside A37 Loop; we will tell you honestly whether your stage justifies it.

Do you work with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento stores?

Yes, plus custom storefronts. We work inside your existing stack — no re-platforming required — and coordinate with your developers (or ours) for technical fixes.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No honest SEO provider can. What we commit to is transparent monthly reporting against an agreed keyword map, and a strategy built on buyer-intent terms where ranking actually produces revenue.
