Terms of Use

A37 Digital is a brand operated by IZA Ventures FZ-LLC, a free-zone company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) under Licence No. 45031924, with its registered office at Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. IZA Ventures FZ-LLC is the entity that contracts with and invoices our customers.

A37 Digital operates from F61, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi, India, and 201 Golf Park Building, Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us at connect@a37.in.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

A37 Loop provides marketing strategy, content production, campaign management, and reporting through flat-fee monthly plans, along with separate and custom-scoped services such as SEO and AI Automation. The specific deliverables, inclusions, and limits of each plan are those described on the A37 Loop plans page at the time you subscribe, including the definitions set out there of what constitutes a post, story, reel, UGC video, video ad, newsletter, broadcast, and community management tier, together with the revision, rollover, turnaround, and ad-spend terms stated on that page. We may improve or modify the Services over time.

• Plans start with a free trial and are billed monthly in advance once the trial ends.
• Prices are shown per market (₹, AED, $, £) and are exclusive of applicable taxes; GST applies in India and VAT in the UAE.
• All plans, subscriptions, and add-ons are contracted and invoiced by IZA Ventures FZ-LLC (RAKEZ Licence No. 45031924), the company that operates A37 Digital.
• You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the plan and any add-ons you select, until you cancel.
• Cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and the access, assets, and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the Services;
• Ensure you hold the rights to any brand assets, content, or accounts you share with us; and
• Use the Services lawfully and not for any misleading, infringing, or prohibited purpose.

Timely collaboration matters: delays in providing access, feedback, or approvals may affect delivery timelines within a billing period.

The Services, our website, and our own materials — including text, designs, software, and branding — are owned by A37 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables we create specifically for you become yours once the applicable fees for the relevant period are paid, except for any third-party or pre-existing materials and tools, which remain owned by their respective owners. You grant us permission to use your brand assets solely to deliver the Services and, unless you opt out, to reference our work with you in our portfolio.

The Services rely on third-party platforms (for example, Meta, Google, and messaging providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or policies, including account reviews or ad disapprovals.

We deliver the Services with professional care, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, reach, or revenue. Except as required by law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A37 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
