Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every A37 Loop plan — Loop Self Serve, Loop Managed, and Loop Managed + Video — starts with a 15-day free trial, no card required, including strategy, the content calendar, and up to 4 posts. The separate A37 SEO service has its own 30-day trial. We do not charge you during the trial. If you cancel at any point before the trial ends, you will not be billed and you pay nothing.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your chosen plan is billed for its first month on the day after the trial period finishes.

A37 Loop plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency of your region (INR, AED, GBP, or USD), exclusive of applicable taxes — 18% GST in India and 5% VAT in the UAE. Because our plans deliver a continuous, dedicated service each month — strategy, content, campaign management, and reporting — monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and work for that period is under way.

Unused deliverables do not roll over to the following month, and deliverables blocked by inputs we have not received from you past the 20th of the month count as delivered. Advertising spend is never part of the plan fee. It is billed directly by Meta and Google to ad accounts you own, with no markup, and A37 never holds ad money — so it is outside the scope of this policy.

You can cancel at any time by emailing connect@a37.in. When you cancel:

• Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges;
• Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, so you keep access to deliverables you have already paid for; and
• We do not pro-rate or refund the portion of a month remaining after you cancel, unless required by law.

Optional add-ons, AI Automation engagements, and other custom-scoped work are quoted and agreed separately. Fees for custom work are non-refundable once the work has been scheduled or has begun, except where we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST is added for customers in India and VAT for customers in the UAE, as shown at checkout. Taxes are non-refundable except as required by law.

We want you to be satisfied. If you believe you have been billed in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or if we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, contact us and we will review your case in good faith. Where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
